BIG-ZONE faced challenges with their legacy Inventory Management System running on Shopware. Our multi-faceted approach aimed to rejuvenate their brand identity, streamline their online operations, and enhance their marketing outreach.

- System Transition and Rebranding:
- We initiated a clean migration of their current system, ensuring no disruption while we developed a comprehensive rebrand. This involved porting everything to Shopify for better e-commerce functionalities and creating a bespoke Shopify template tailored to BIG-ZONE's new brand identity.

- Implementation of A/B testing to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Overseeing their entire marketing campaign to increase visibility and sales, focusing on data-driven strategies.

- For three years, we've delivered a steady stream of banners, illustrations, and weekly social media videos, keeping their content fresh and engaging.
- Custom Product Modeling and Rendering: Since many of BIG-ZONE's products are custom, we modeled and rendered their products to create versatile templates. This allows their team to easily apply new labels to products, ensuring marketing materials are always up-to-date and visually consistent without the need for physical mockups.
